(More customer reviews)I purchased this "Professional" Reese hitch for my 2007 Murano because of the picture and the description that said it would be hidden (except for the receiver) behind the rear panel.Not true on any accounts.When the hitch arrived, it was a straight bar, not the curved drop down bar that is pictured.The hitch was not even protected in the box and one end had ripped through and was all scratched up.Also, there is no chrome around the receiver even though the picture shows it.I contacted Amazon and they were great about it - offering me a prompt return and refund.My point is that the Reese costs more than comparable hitches that are straight bar but since the design is the same, the extra cost is really not worth it.Any of the reputable hitches will do.In fact, the Curt with it's round tube looks better if the hitch has to hang below the rear panel.I contacted Reese and they agreed that the picture is incorrect even though it is the same picture even on their own website!!!I spoke with a guy in Technical Support and he had no explanation for it.In fact, he checked all the hitches they make for my vehicle and they are all straight bar.He agreed that this hitch is exactly the same as the Drawtite and Hidden Hitch which is no surprise since all three brands are from the same company.Nice looking hitch in the picture, to bad it does not exist.He said he was going to speak to someone to have the picture changed.
