(More customer reviews)Installation of this went fairly smooth with the exception of having to deal with a broken bolt due to vehicle rusting.Directions were consistant and correct, however while this hitch specifies it is for ALL caravans including AWD, it does not take into account that the AWD vehicle will have a full size spare tire.(This is not a problem with vehicles having the "spare donut")The full size tire fits, however it has to be convinced to fully retract and seat a little off center due to the angle of the hitch edge.Other than that, I have yet to see how this does towing a trailer.
