(More customer reviews)The box was alright, although it comes with no mounting hardware whatsoever. The box was banged up by the time I got it and I had to send it back. I am not sure if it was like that or UPS did it. It was not packaged properly so I would say both are to blame. The UPS guy said they manhandle stuff like this and they hate having to deal with it.
I have not ordered another one but the price was right.
I have to say the return was really good. I had no problems sending it back or getting a refund. I just had to leave it out and UPS had to manhandle the thing back to them.
