(More customer reviews)I ordered a RollBak Tonneau Cover for a Dodge Ram 1500. When I opened the box which was marked for a Dodge truck and the canister and canister top was marked for Ford Super Duty. I called Bak Industies and got no help from the person that answered.I called the next day, and they said it would work 100% on my Dodge truck. When I opened the rail box I noticed one rail had a partial hole drilled in one end. It was painted over. Where is quality control? Then, after installing the tonneau cover, when I pulled the tonneau cover out, there were two dents in the slats of the cover. The dents were in the metal slats before it was painted.Again, where is quality control? Then, when the top to the canister was installed, I noticed that it did not seal to the side rail,because there was a mounting bracket between it and the side rail and it didn't keep water from going in between the bracket and bed rail.Poor design. It soon rained. The tonneau cover leaked between every slat front to back of the cover. I then noticed water dripping from the outside of the canister. It leaked where the canister top sits on top of a backet above the side rails. This allows water to leak in and run down the outside of the canister onto the truck bed. It also leaked at the rail near the cab of truck. The weather strip didn't seal where the rail dips 1/8" along the back of the cab. It DOES NOT have an automatic, intermittent locking system that securely locks the cover at every 12 inch interval of the bed as advertised.If you want something to keep your belongings dry in your truck bed this is NOT it.Poor quality, poor design, and poor instructions. The Bak Industries site clearly advertised a 3 year warranty when I ordered the cover. It now advertises a 2 year warranty. Their page also states "slats are then powder coated with a rugged fisnish which is baked on and guaranteed for life." It scratches off easily. By the way, I would not stand on it like they say you can. It is not that sturdy.My advice is to look at another brand like Pace Edwards, Peragon, Roll-N-Lock or Retrax, because they can't be any worse.
