(More customer reviews)I purchased this item for installation on my 2008 Toyota Tacoma, and received the package about 4 days after placing the order.The advertised installation time of 20 - 30 minutes is probably only true for repeat installations, because you'll spend at least that long unpacking everything.I spent about 1.5 hours getting everything installed, and am pleased overall with the quality of the product.
Pros:
I believe this cover is excellent quality for the price.
No-hassle install for the most part.Everything went right into place on the truck.
As a single-person install I got everything set up fairly properly, though a slight bit off center it still seals the bed well.
Uninstall/Reinstall shouldn't take as long.No drilling, no permanent changes required to the truck.
Cons:
The instruction manual was clear for the most part, but it could have done a better job explaining the clamps and how the bows were supposed to fit properly.
Slight flapping when driving.Not enough to knock it loose or anything, it just isn't as tightly sealed as it looks.
Overall:
I believe it is worth it, especially for the price.It isn't a perfect product by any means, but it does everything I will need it to do.I've driven with it at 60 mph +/- and haven't had issues.Looks great on the truck.
