(More customer reviews)Even thou the box was almost destroyed when delivered, but all the parts were there, very easy to put together and installed, really loved the way it hooked up to my 2008 DRV Elite Suite RL3 38 footer, very secured locking in and knowing it was locked in, it even came with the 4 new pins for the rails which I needed, it doesn't show or tell you in the info,but there in the box, it comes apart easy to greasewith fittings, I gave it a 5 star because not only is it a 20,000 lb hitch I got it $200.00 dollars cheaper and shipped free at the time, was going to order from JCw (you know who), never again, I'll check Amazon from now on for about anything I'm looking for now. I don't think you'll go wrong if you need a hitch this size, it's heavy duty one and I see years of use from it.
